Molding Machine Operator 47898

8am-4pm weekdays

General Responsibilities:

• Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products
• Assist in the manufacturing and molding of production parts
• Run and maintain automation equipment
• Employee is expected to cross train to assemble a variety of parts while maintaining quality standards
• Manually execute secondary operations on various components by hand (ex. Trimming, Cleaning)
• Verify product quality and conformance by utilizing visual inspection methods
• Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs
• Ability to work under a microscope for up to 2 consecutive hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sorting Parts and Weigh Scale
• Previous experience in mold set up, tear down, and cleaning
• Basic SPC and Quality Experience
• Ability to work a cleanroom environment
