A day in this role
Your morning starts by loading a company vehicle with stair lifts, grab bars, and the tools you trust. You head to a customer’s home, review the layout, and get to work installing residential accessibility equipment—anything from a vertical platform lift to a wheelchair ramp. You document notes and photos on a mobile device, walk the client through safe operation, and wrap up the day by organizing inventory back at the warehouse. Every stop is a chance to solve problems, build with your hands, and help someone live more independently.
What you’ll do

- Customer-first mindset—the “likeable expert” who delivers quality and communicates clearly in person and in writing.
- Flexibility to work an extended workweek with some overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license with clean driving record and insurable status.
skills
- Experience with electro-mechanical equipment and measurement tools (e.g., multimeter).
- General electronics understanding and comfort with diagnostics.
