Tire Technician Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and performing optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive Tire and Oil change services, along with excellent customer service skills. we are a mobile service. so you will be driving our service van equipped with all necessary tools to deliver our services at our customer's location.

Duties

• driving our fully equipped service van to our customer location based on pre-scheduled appointments.
• Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely to complete tire-related services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and automotive diagnostics.
• Conduct oil changes and other basic automotive repair tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 21 years old minimum
• Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
• Experience as a tire service technician in the automotive industry
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and scan tools
• Strong knowledge of tire service procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• High School Diploma or equivalent - technical degree a definite plus
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in automotive repair.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar setting.
