Job Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will write up repair orders via mobile tablet, provide highest level of customer service, conduct mobile services with fully equipped Ford Mobile Van
- Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments
- Engage with several customers each day and represent Stevens Point Auto Center
- Warmly greet and engage with customers
- Consult customer on mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner
- Perform a multi-point inspection
- Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in a clean and efficient manner
- Commit to leave-no-trace clean up
- Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of the new technology and techniques on the vehicle model lines.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician
- Valid Driver License and acceptable driving record
- Team oriented, flexible, high energy and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ability to navigate a tablet for repair orders and inspections
- Ford certified, base level tech B/C
- Basic Electrical knowledge
- We are looking for someone who is self-motivated automotive technician who is personable, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Flexibility: bending, squatting, and laying on the ground
- Ability that allows under vehicle services to be performed
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
- Physical strength to lift a tire onto the vehicle from a crouching position
- Ability to lift between 75 to 100 pounds
