Position Summary

The Mobile Service Technician is a customer-facing position, responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance services on vehicles and equipment out in the field. In addition, this position is responsible for providing accurate estimates and recommending additional, yet appropriate, services for said vehicles and equipment. A company vehicle is provided, but technicians must provide their own tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on golf and turf equipment.
  
• Document work accurately and communicate with customers and service advisors.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of small engine repair experience (automotive backgrounds welcome).
• Strong mechanical skills and a desire to keep learning.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Comfortable lifting heavy items and working in various physical positions.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Own a professional tool set for daily tasks.
