Position Summary:
As a Mobile Service Technician at Nissan, you will play a vital role in providing on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs to our customers at their convenience. You will be equipped with the latest technology and tools to deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional services right at the customer's location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Nissan vehicles at customer locations.
- Ensure all services meet manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Communicate with customers regarding service recommendations and updates.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed work.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts and tools are available for scheduled appointments.
- Represent Nissan and the dealership with professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ensure the mobile service vehicle is stocked, organized, and maintained to company standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification ().
- Nissan or other manufacturer-specific certification ().
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to repair various mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
