Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)\nLocation: London (covering a range of office sites)\nSalary: 46000\nHours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:15pm\nPackage: Company Van + Fuel Card | Overtime Available | 27 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (rising to 31 after 5 years) | Training & Progression\n\nThe Role:\nWe’re partnering with a leading Building Services provider who are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team. You’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings in London.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for an engineer with strong electrical skills who’s looking for stability, professional growth, and long-term progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems across multiple sites\n\n * \n\n Maintain and repair lighting, power, emergency lighting, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors\n\n * \n\n Complete basic mechanical or plumbing tasks where required\n\n * \n\n Work closely with clients and the helpdesk to ensure smooth service delivery\n\n * \n\n Participate in overtime or out-of-hours work when required\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n\n * \n\n Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification\n\n * \n\n Previous experience in commercial M&E maintenance\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
