Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.



We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.



The Mobile Multi Skilled Electrician, will be responsible for:



* Carry out scheduled maintenance and repair of building services assets in accordance with the industry standards and approved codes of practice.



* Respond to breakdowns and reactive calls in accordance with the contracted service level agreements.



* Diagnose faults with building services assets and complete repairs.



* Monitor plant, equipment, systems whilst carrying out works to ensure that service continuity is maintained.



* Carry out risk assessments to ensure that all activities are reviewed and risks mitigated prior to completion of tasks.



To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Electrician role you must have:



* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering



* ONC/HNC building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering. (Desirable)



* Recognised EITB apprenticeship



* Experience of providing engineering and maintenance services within the building services industry (2 years +)



* Fully conversant with electrical and mechanical maintenance activities processes and procedures



* Competency in basic IT and computer skills



* Full UK Driving Licence
