Job Description
Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer\n\nLocation: Covering sites across London\n\nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technical environment where your expertise will directly impact the performance and safety of critical equipment and building services.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPerform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and building services.\nIdentify and manage risks, update technical drawings, and improve machinery performance.\nConduct fault finding and preventative maintenance on various types of machinery.\nProvide technical support on heavy industrial machines and overhead cranes.\nWork with three-phase systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.\nUse mobile devices and CAFM systems to manage and complete maintenance tasks.\nLiaise with site services to resolve building-related issues.\nDeputise for the Shift Leader during absences and support departmental health and safety initiatives.\nBe available for overtime, including nights and weekends, as required.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nRecognised or time-served apprenticeship\nStrong background in manufacturing maintenance\nElectrical qualifications (City & Guilds 236 Pt 1-2-3, 18th Edition or equivalent)\nMechanical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)\nExperience with 3-phase motors, drives, inverters\nHydraulic and pneumatic systems expertise\nPLC diagnostics and repair skills\nNVQ Level 2 in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines\nAbility to write risk assessments, method statements, and permits\nContractor supervision experience\n\nDesirable Extras\n\nWorking at Height qualification\nIPAF certification\nAP qualifications\nExperience in heavy engineering\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nAt CBRE, you'll be part of a global team that values innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
