Job Description
Hexa Services operates in the construction, civils, mechanical and electrical markets\n\nMulti-Skilled Maintenance Engineer\n\nLondon (Various Sites Sout and South West London) Up to £45’000 + Bonus and overtime\n\nA large multinational company is looking Maintenance Engineers to join their team. The position will be on the day shift 8am to 4:30pm for a reactive facilities management contracts.\n\nCandidates will Ideally be expected to fully multi-skill across all disciplines within reason, lots of basic electrical work, plumbing, door handle lock replacements etc (general maintenance). You will be appointed as the lead at 2 buildings and will be fully accountable for PPM and Reactive task delivery, plant room housekeeping, logbook records etc.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * To complete assigned PPM tasks on time with adequate record keeping, and to deliver Reactive Maintenance to the required standard within the contractual obligations.\n\nOperational Responsibilities\n\n * To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels\n\n * To carry out Reactive Maintenance duties assigned by the Helpdesk, paying attention to contractual parameters and timeframes.\n\n * To support the Management Team in all aspects of delivering the FM services contract\n\nApply by CV
