Mobile Maintenance Engineer\n\nLondon (M25)\n\nMonday to Friday\n\n£38,000 - £42,000 plus vehicle (personal use)\n\nWe are looking to recruit a mobile maintenance engineer with a building services/facilities maintenance background to join a growing engineering business covering sites across London and carry out basic PPM’s within the commercial environments. \n\nThe role will have working alongside the trades and maintenance team assisting with all building services related tasks. \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nGeneral PPM’s\nFilter changing\nBasic plumbing\nLamping\nBallast replacement\nEmergency light testing\nFlushing test\nBasic fabric works\nClient liaison\nRequirements:\n\nFull Uk drivers licence \nExperience of building service maintenance\nA recognised trade certificate (plumbing, carpentry, electrical)\nProfessional attitude \nPackage:\n\nCompany van\nFuel card\nCompany smartphone\nPlentiful overtime\nInternal training courses to upskill\nCompany tablet\nSpecialist tools – if required\nWe act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
