Mobile Maintenance Engineer 35-38K – London\n\n My client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding company.\n\n The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries & Gyms. They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK, however some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required.\n\n The mobile Maintenance Engineer will be performing:\n\ndoor repairs & locks etc\nRetail PPM Maintenance\nbasic plumbing\nre-lamping  \nbasic electrics\nWater Drains Maintenance\ncarpentry\nEmergency Light Testing\nFire Alarm Testing\nSmall Installations\npainting & decorating\nIt is expected that the Maintenance Engineer will have proven experience within the maintenance Industry\n\n Position Requirements\n\n Live within the London / M25 orbital region and happy travelling with occasional working away from home.\n\n Full clean driving licence\n\n Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must.\n\n Package: \n\n35 – 38K – depending on exp.\n40 hour working week\nCompany pension scheme after 3 months.\nplenty of overtime available\nCompany Van & Fuel card – all parking etc paid for\nAccommodation and meal allowances for staying away\nUniform and specialist tools\n20 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday\nIf you feel you would be well suited for the role, please send your up to date CV
