Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC)\n\n North West London (Watford, Potters Bar, Beaconsfield)\n Permanent | 45 Hours per Week\n £52,725 Total Package + Overtime + Excellent Benefits\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) to join our team, working on a key contract with a major UK supermarket chain.\n\nThis is a field-based role covering multiple retail sites, where you’ll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across commercial heating and HVAC systems.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * \n\n Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites\n\n * \n\n Servicing and repairing equipment including boilers, pumps, fans, AHUs & FCUs\n\n * \n\n Carrying out minor installations and system upgrades\n\n * \n\n Diagnosing faults and recommending repair or replacement\n\n * \n\n Ordering parts and completing work in line with company procedures\n\n * \n\n Attending scheduled and emergency call-outs\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nEssential:\n\n * \n\n NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Heating, Ventilation, Mechanical or HVAC (or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n ACS Commercial Gas: COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nDesirable:\n\n * \n\n ACS Domestic Gas (CCN, CENWAT, CPA)\n\n * \n\n F-Gas (C&G 2079-1, Category 1)\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition (C&G 7671)\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Experience in a retail or multi-site environment\n\n * \n\n Comfortable working independently in the field\n\n * \n\n Flexible to join a 1-in-4 on-call rota\n\n * \n\n Able to work at heights and in confined spaces\n\n * \n\n Familiar with PDA/job management systems\n\nWhat You’ll Get\n\n * \n\n £52,725 total package (including standby & London Weighting Allowance)\n\n * \n\n Paid overtime & travel time\n\n * \n\n 33 days holiday\n\n * \n\n Private pension scheme\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare & life insurance\n\n * \n\n Employee discounts & additional perks\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you’re a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a stable role with excellent benefits and a reputable client portfolio, we’d love to hear from you
