Job Title: Mobile Gas Engineer\nLocation: Central London\nSalary: Competitive (PAYE or Self-Employed options available)\nCompany: Masterfix Property Services\nAbout Us\nMasterfix is a leading London property maintenance company specialising in prime and super-prime residential properties across Central London. Our engineers work in some of the capital’s most prestigious developments and private homes, delivering high standards of service, workmanship and professionalism.\nDue to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer to join our team delivering both planned and reactive works across London.\nThe Role\nThis is a mobile role covering Central London and surrounding prime residential developments. You will be responsible for a mix of planned servicing, landlord safety inspections and reactive fault diagnosis within occupied residential properties.\nThe role also includes participation in the on-call rota to support our 24/7 maintenance service.\nTypical duties include:\n * \n Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12)\n * \n Boiler servicing and maintenance\n * \n Reactive fault finding and repairs\n * \n Boiler breakdown diagnostics\n * \n Boiler installations and upgrades\n * \n Attending emergency call-outs as part of the on-call rota\n * \n Completing clear job reports and documentation\nYou will be working directly within prime and super-prime residential homes, so professionalism, communication and presentation are essential.\nRequirements\nEssential:\n * \n ACS Gas Safe qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)\n * \n Current Gas Safe registration\n * \n Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and breakdowns\n * \n Experience working within Central London properties\n * \n Strong fault diagnosis skills\n * \n Full UK driving licence\n * \n Professional customer-facing manner\nDesirable:\n * \n Experience working in prime or super-prime residential properties\n * \n Experience installing high-end domestic boilers and heating systems\n * \n Knowledge of HIUs and modern heating systems\nWhat We Offer\n * \n PAYE or Self-Employed options available\n * \n Competitive rates / salary\n * \n Regular work across Central London\n * \n Support from an experienced operations and helpdesk team\n * \n Opportunity to work within some of London’s most prestigious residential developments\n * \n Ongoing work with a well-established and growing London property services company\nAbout the Work\nOur engineers represent the Masterfix brand in some of London’s highest value residential properties.
