About the Role:\n\nWe're looking for a fully qualified Mobile Maintenance / PPM Electrician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across retail, industrial and commercial sites, ensuring compliance and safe day-to-day operations to NICEIC standards throughout London. \n\nRequirements:\n\n- Fully qualified Electrician (2365 with NVQ 3 or 236 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent) with 17th or 18th Edition. Gold Card desirable.\n\n- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).\n\n- IT literate, able to use smartphone/tablet.\n\n- Able to carry and use steps/ladders for short-duration work at height.\n\nKey Duties\n\n- Carry out compliance visits, remedial works, lighting maintenance.\n\n- Test emergency lighting and fire alarms.\n\n- Perform PAT testing and fire extinguisher servicing.\n\n- Support occasional small project work as needed.\n\nPersonal Attributes \n\n- Personable, professional, excellent communication.\n\n- Works independently and collaboratively.\n\n- High standards, strong quality control.\n\n- Proactive, flexible, confident.\n\n- Open to overtime, weekends, and staying away when needed (expenses paid).\n\n- Positive, dynamic approach with focus on problem-solving.\n\nContact David Rowbotham on (phone number removed)
