Mobile Electrical Engineer\n\nLocation: London (Within the M25)\nPortfolio: Commercial & Residential Properties\nSalary: £50,000 + Overtime + Company Van & Fuel Card\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across London within the M25.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer seeking a well-paid mobile position with no call-out requirement, plenty of overtime opportunities, and the autonomy to manage a varied portfolio of sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and residential properties\nConducting electrical inspection and testing in accordance with BS7671\nDiagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently and safely\nCompleting electrical certification and remedial reports where required\nCarrying out minor installation works\nMaintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and electrical distribution systems\nCompleting maintenance reports, compliance documentation, and job sheets accurately\nEnsuring all works are carried out in accordance with BS7671 and Health & Safety regulations\nLiaising with clients and site teams to ensure a high standard of service deliveryRequirementsEssential\n\nNVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations\nCity & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)\nProven experience in electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, and fault finding\nFull UK Driving Licence\nAbility to work independently and effectively manage a mobile workload
