Job Description
Mobile Electrical Engineer\n\nSalary: £42,000 – £48,000 per annum\nBonus: Company bonus scheme (£1,000–£3,000 annually)\nLocation: Mobile role covering major motorway routes and surrounding counties\nTravel Time: 30 minutes paid each way\n\nWe’re recruiting a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing and well-supported engineering team, working across a varied commercial property portfolio. This is a true mobile role offering excellent earning potential, strong benefits, and long-term progression.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for planned and reactive electrical works across multiple commercial sites, with full autonomy and support from an experienced management and helpdesk team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Electrical servicing, maintenance, and PPMs\n\n * Reactive fault finding and breakdown response\n\n * Working across a range of commercial environments\n\n * Completing works safely, efficiently, and to compliance standards\n\n * Participating in an on-call rota\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant certifications\n\n * Experience within commercial maintenance environments\n\n * Comfortable working in a mobile role\n\n * Strong fault-finding and customer-facing skills\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n * £42,000–£48,000 salary (dependent on experience)\n\n * 30 minutes paid travel time each way\n\n * Company van & fuel card (personal use included)\n\n * 1 in 4 on-call rota – £100 standby payment plus door-to-door pay\n\n * Overtime available\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * Private healthcare\n\n * Company bonus scheme\n\n * Regular company events\n\n * Ongoing training and clear progression opportunities\n\nInduction & Onboarding\n\nSuccessful candidates will attend a fully funded induction (Monday–Thursday) at the company’s head office.
