A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in and around Bristol. CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Retail Environment on a mobile basis covering multiple sites. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance to the following :

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)

\n

• Emergency lighting

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Chillers - Reset

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

• Water Treatment

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

\n

• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

\n

Hours of work / Rate / contract details

\n
• Monday - Friday

\n

• 7am - 3pm OR 6am - 2pm

\n

• Starting ASAP

\n

• Mobile ( own vehicle required )

\n

• Mileage covered

\n

• £26p/h - ( paid via umbrella only )

\n

• Temporary Ongoing

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3, 18th edition 

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• Must have a valid UK Drivers License and own Vehicle 

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing

\n

• Immediately available or able to start at short notice

\n
