Mobile Electrical Engineer \n\nLondon and the home countries \n\n£46,000 + overtime and company van \n\nBrief\n\nMobile Electrical Engineer needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Electrical Engineer that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of diagnosing and repairing faults on electrical systems, components, and lighting.\n\nThe successful candidate must have a recognized EITB/CITB apprenticeship as well as NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Electrical Engineering. Ticket wise - AM2 and 18th Edition is required.\n\nBenefits\n\nSalary: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum\nCompany Van\n24 day's holiday\nVariable annual bonus based 5-15%\nPension Plan\nCareer Progression \n\nWhat the role entails:\n\nSome of the main duties of the Mobile Electrical Engineer will include:\n\nDiagnose and repair faults on electrical systems, components, and lighting.\nMaintain up-to-date site electrical compliance records and document all defects/remedial actions.\nPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive jobs using a CAFM system.\nCarry out emergency lighting tests, RCD testing, distribution board inspections, and more.\nSupervise and liaise with subcontractors during service visits and quoted works.\nSupport the helpdesk with breakdowns of A/C and refrigeration units.\nBe part of the on-call rota for out-of-hours support.\nContribute to the production of compliance documentation, quotations, and condition reports.\nAdhere to and promote company SHEQ and Health & Safety policies at all times. \n\nWhat experience you need to be the successful Mobile Electrical Engineer:\n\nRecognised EITB/CITB apprenticeship or equivalent training\nNVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Electrical Engineering\n18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations\nAM2 certification\nL8 Awareness (Desirable)\nCompetent in reading and interpreting M&E schematics\nHealth & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH) \nExperience working with major manufacturer systems\nValid driving license \n\nThis really is a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to progress their career.
