Role and ResponsibilitiesCrane Operator: Responsible for operation, setup and daily/weekly maintenance of assigned equipment. The Crane Operator is responsible for understanding all functions of the assigned crane equipment and directing the proper setup of equipment in the correct configuration to perform lifting functions safely and within the rated capacity of the assigned crane equipment.QualificationsNCCCO CertificateWith a minimum of 2 years’ experienceA Clean CDL License skillsNCCCO Rigger Level 1 or equivalentNCCCO Signal Person or equivalentOSHA 30-hour construction trainingAdditional responsibilitiesCustomer focused attitudeMaintain safe work practices at all times Appear on-time and dressed ready for work dailyMaintain and Clean assigned equipment regularlyCoordinate all work in the field with clientComplete daily/weekly inspection logs as required by FDOT and OSHAFuel equipment upon return to the Crane yard at the end of each dayMust have customer sign work authorization contract prior to commencement of work dailyReport all accidents or safety concernsAdditional NotesThe potential candidate will need to be fit for duty, as it will require standing, walking and bending.
