This is a chance to join a business that values its people, offers stability, and provides the opportunity to develop within a supportive team.\n As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be:\n\nCovering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCUs, AHUs and small plumbing repairs.\nCompleting the service and maintenance of BMS front-end systems.\nCarrying out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.\nCompleting breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.\nCompleting fault-finding and repairs of electrical systems and mechanical plant.\nWill be on the callout rota, which is 1 in 8, £100 retainer and min.
