Position Summary / Primary Purpose

The Mitigation Project Manager role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of our core services and the efficient deployment and utilization of the mitigation teams to ensure quality, schedule adherence, cost control and safety standards that meets or exceeds client satisfaction objectives.

Essential Functions

• Manage a team of lead technicians, technicians, and techs in training
• Create schedule for daily projects
• Manage budget and profit margin for projects
• Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and timeline
• Responsible for completing, tracking, and managing data as related to projects in a timely manner

Job Specifications

Minimum qualifications: 3-5 years experience Industry experience in a supervisory role

Education: College degree

License: Driver’s license in good standing required

Certifications requirements: IICRC Certification

• Leadership/supervisory skills
• Able to efficiently plan for labor deployment
• Problem solver
• Excellent communication skills

Experience Required

• 5 years experience in mitigation work
• Restoration industry experience
• Supervisory experience
• Planning and efficient scheduling of labor

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to interface with customers and technicians
• Ability to use a laptop computer/cell phone for extended periods
• Ability to drive vehicle for extended periods
