The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for running all aspects of a $2M plus mitigation business.
Wage: $55,000-65,000 a year
Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, birthday, matching 401K and company vehicle.
Daily responsibilities include scheduling/managing employees, overseeing fire, water, biohazard, and mold projects to completion, interacting with customers, completing initial estimates/assessments/sketches, and meeting insurance company requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to have the ability to communicate with property owners, coworkers, subcontractors and insurance adjusters to ensure job processes and procedures are followed.
Will need to insure equipment, vehicles and facility are maintained.
We are willing to pay to train the right individual for this position of responsibility.
Position reports to company owner.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships
- Knowledge of and experience in management and customer service
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Professional appearance and decorum
- 2 years of management experience
- Experience in Restoration industry a plus but not required
Compensation includes salary, company vehicle, paid time off, paid holidays/birthday, and matching 401K. Average salary is $55,000-65,0000 a year.
