Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets us apart, and we're seeking a Field Mitigation Project Manager to support our team in the coastal region of North Carolina.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting and building relationships with clients in need of help when property is damaged. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the restoration industry.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the process of mitigation projects from start to finish
• Accurately scope and estimate mitigation projects
• Schedule and coordinate a team of mitigation technicians
• Professional and comforting interaction with customers
• Perform emergency mitigation services as needed
• Timely and accurate processing of insurance program job documentation
• Thorough documentation of all actions taken on work site
• Work a rotating on call schedule

What You Need:

• WRT/ASD IICRC Certification (Water Restoration Technician/Applied Structural Drying)
• Experience with utilizing Xactimate for estimating
• Experience working with various insurance third party administrators
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
