Mitigation Project Manager/Supervisor for Servpro West Jordan, South Jordan, Murray, Midvale and Cottonwood Hts

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for CAREER position as Mitigation Project Manager/Supervisor with FIELD experience (2+ ) in Mitigation of Fire, Water, Mold, and Bio-Hazard. (Must have at least one year experience in Restoration or 2+ in Construction management)

    $21-40 hour DOE plus Health Benefits/PTO/Holidays/401k (at one year) phone/vehicle/Profit sharing

The Project Manager/Supervisor oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.             Job Description 

·        Provide priority Emergency response to potential customers -

·        Manage the customer experience and customer satisfaction by representing the brand through clear communication with office staff, clients, insurance/business professionals and fellow technicians

·        Develop scope of work for projects identifying equipment needed and record via smart technology (i.e. sketch projects on Ipad in the field, etc)

·        Follow crews to train them on active projects and provide excellent customer service

·        Coordinate and oversee the coordination of services with crews and subcontractors. 

·        Document and review job files meticulously before transferring project to Estimator

·        Always oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines. 

·        Perform daily safety, cleanliness and maintenance inspections on vehicles and equipment

·        Ask for reviews upon Final walk through

Position Requirements

·        Good Driving Record

·        Documented management experience

·        Must maintain Attention to detail

·        Maintain and care for client and company assets

·        Excel at multi-tasking and handle deadlines calmly and effectively

·        Effective written and oral communication

·        Excellent leadership skills          

·        Aptitude for smart technologies to learn proprietary estimating software

·        High school diploma/GED

·        IICRC certifications but not required

·        Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

·        Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

·        Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time-

·        Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

·        Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

·        Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
