The Regional Mitigation Field Supervisor will be responsible for the training, development and growth of all Mitigation Fields staff across our 3 New England offices. Field Supervisor will oversee all field staff across all 3 offices. Ensuring that our staff continuously receive the training and feedback they need in order to continue with the growth and development of the field staff as a whole.
The Regional Mitigation Field Manager will report to the Director of Mitigation Operations.
Hours: 7:30-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibilities
Provide continuous oversight of all field staff members by traveling in a company vehicle to our 3 office locations throughout the work week in North Attleboro, Worcester, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Responsible for annual performance reviews.
Travel between office locations to work with the staff regarding ongoing training.
Assist in the interviewing and hiring process for all new Mitigation and Contents field staff.
Visit job sites to provide on-the-job training and feedback to field staff.
Responsible for approving all field staff payroll; including hours worked and individual job bonuses.
Will be the primary point of contact for all field staff.
Will work with office coordinators to assist with scheduling where necessary.
Responsible for conducting field training with staff on a continuously scheduled basis.
Will be responsible for the growth and development of the field staff. Including tracking individual growth with training schedules and advising the appropriate parties on the progression.
Be an active member of the safety committee.
Will be responsible for being the second after-hours call across all three offices.

Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to all three New England office locations
- Prior leadership experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction
- Knowledge of industry tools and practices (MICA, Docusketch, RMS, ITEL, safety)
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop field teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with scheduling, payroll approval, and performance reviews
- Highly organized with the ability to track training and staff development
