Bawn is a mission-driven cybersecurity and managed IT provider serving regulated businesses that demand excellence. We are looking for a hands-on, self-directed MSP Operations Engineer to help us stabilize and scale our delivery operations.

This is a 10–20 hour per week contractor role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, responds quickly to customers, and loves building repeatable processes.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary operational lead for our MSP services
• Provide hands-on technical support to clients and clear direction to a junior IT specialist
• Standardize and document MSP workflows, including onboarding, ticketing, escalation, patching, and monitoring
• Respond rapidly to customer service needs with high quality and professionalism
• Maintain a strong security posture across all client environments
• Support platform integrations across MDM, EDR, SSO, IAM, SaaS management, and backup tooling
• Assist in building mission-grade operational processes that scale as Bawn grows

Required Technical Experience

• Google Workspace administration (hands-on)
• • Client onboarding & device setup
  • Account provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Security configuration & MFA enforcement
  • Workspace troubleshooting and permissions
  • Integration with EDR, MDM, SSO, and other security platforms
• Experience working inside an MSP environment
• Ticketing systems, change management, and SOP creation
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity hygiene & security-first operations
• Troubleshooting across desktops, SaaS apps, networks, and cloud services
