Lead and manage industrial maintenance & construction projects from estimate through completion

• Perform cost estimating, bidding, and project planning
• Oversee multi-craft scopes including:

Millwright work

Rigging & equipment setting

Steel fabrication & installation

Process piping systems

• Coordinate labor, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams, clients, and leadership
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and help source new work opportunities
• Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing field teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
