About the Position
Dexis is recruiting for an experienced Military Deception Strategic Planner to support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) in developing and implementing comprehensive MILDEC operations. The position focuses on enhancing operational success while reducing U.S. casualties through effective deception planning and execution. This role requires expertise in synchronizing MILDEC operations with other information-related capabilities, including Computer Network Operations, Electronic Warfare, and military information support operations. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
The MILDEC Strategic Planner will provide subject matter expertise in developing, coordinating, and assessing military deception operations across USCENTCOM Component Commands. This role involves drafting and executing MILDEC plans while ensuring proper synchronization with other operational elements and careful measurements of effectiveness.
Key duties include:
- Develop and execute MILDEC plans and orders
- Provide MILDEC planning expertise to Component Commands
- Assess operations through MOP and MOE analysis
- Coordinate with Counterintelligence assets
- Synchronize MILDEC operations with other information capabilities
- Support political and military objectives through integrated planning
- Ensure deconfliction of MILDEC activities across commands
Qualifications
- Graduate of Defense MILDEC Training Course (CJCSI 3211.01)
- Graduate of Service or Joint level MILDEC training (USCENTCOM R-525-3)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years MILDEC planning experience
- Minimum 3 years experience at Geographic Combatant Command level
- Expert knowledge of information operations integration
- Active DOD Secret clearance
Qualifications
- Prior experience at USCENTCOM
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with special technical operations
- Background in operations security
