Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: West Bromwich
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21–£13.50 per hour plus 22% shift allowance
Total Pay Including Shift Allowance: £14.90–£16.47 per hour
Hours:
Week 1: Monday–Thursday 6:00–14:00, Friday 6:00–13:00
Week 2: Monday–Thursday 14:00–22:00, Friday 13:00–20:00

The Role
We’re looking for two skilled MIG Production Welders to join our West Bromwich team. If you take pride in your work, thrive on meeting production targets, and want to grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out MIG welding on a range of structural and production components.
Interpret 2D engineering drawings to produce accurate assemblies.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding and supporting equipment.
Deliver high-quality work while meeting production targets.
Record production and quality data accurately.
Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.
Support the wider production team with additional duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a MIG welder in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Positive, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
