MIG Welder – Second Shift
Location: Avon, OH
Pay: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Second Shift

We’re seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Avon, OH. If you’re experienced in welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Set up straight section jigs according to tray width and rung spacing
- Weld various types of ladder-style trays with precision
- Configure welding guns for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Report equipment malfunctions or errors to supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Proven MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and follow setup instructions
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for 8-hour shifts
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to wear all required safety PPE
- Dependable and safety-focused
- Pass background check and drug screen
