The Role\n
You'll be responsible for MIG welding and fabricating components to a high standard, working from detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities:

MIG welding and fabrication of metal components
- \n
Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
- \n
Welding to precise measurements and tolerances
- \n
Working on both bespoke one-off components and larger production runs
- \n
Using hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment
- \n
Carrying out quality checks and ensuring work meets required standards
- \n
Safely handling and positioning materials and components
- \n
Working with cranes and rigging equipment where required
- \n
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
\n

\n
About You\n
We're looking for an experienced MIG Welder / Welder Fabricator with a strong background in engineering or manufacturing.
\n
You'll ideally have:
\n
- \n
- \n
Previous experience as a MIG Welder
- \n
Good MIG welding skills and fabrication experience
- \n
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- \n
Experience working accurately to tight tolerances
- \n
Good understanding of workshop tools and equipment
- \n
Experience with mild steel and other metals
- \n
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- \n
Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a team
\n

\n
\n
Forklift or material handling experience would be advantageous, but training can be provided.
\n
Due to the nature of some of the projects undertaken, applicants must be British and will need to meet the relevant security and eligibility requirements for the role.
