We are looking for skilled Welders to join a hardworking, team-oriented steel fabrication shop. This is a blue-collar environment where everyone—from the owner to the supervisor—works side by side on the shop floor. You’ll spend most of your day welding plates to beams and columns that will become part of large structures across the country. The work includes Flux-Core (FCAW) and MIG welding on rails, stairs, and other structural components.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on structural steel.
- Weld plates to beams and columns for large-scale projects.
- Fabricate rails, stairs, and other components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
- Work collaboratively in a shop where leadership welds alongside the team.

- Structural welding experience or formal welding education.
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and a tape measure (don’t assume—must confirm).

Additional Qualifications
- Must Have: 1+ years of MIG and FCAW welding experience on structural steel OR welding schooling.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
