Fabricator Welder\n\nLocation: On-site\nJob Type: Full-time\nSalary: £15.00 – £17.50 per hour (dependent on experience)\n\nOverview\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well-established, family-run business specialising in bespoke fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team working on varied, high-quality builds.\n\nThe Role\nThis is a hands-on position involving fabrication, assembly, modifications, and refurbishment work. You will be working with mid to heavy gauge materials and completing projects from start to finish to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Fabrication and assembly of components\n\n * MIG welding (heavy plate up to 15mm)\n\n * Working from drawings and specifications\n\n * Carrying out modifications and refurbishment work\n\n * Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards\n\n * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment\n\n * Meeting production deadlines\n\nRequirements\n\n * MIG welding experience (minimum 3 years )\n\n * Strong fabrication background\n\n * Experience working with heavy gauge materials\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings\n\n * Good understanding of health & safety\n\n * Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented\n\nPay Structure\n\n * £15.00 per hour – Candidates with under 3 years MIG welding experience\n\n * £17.50 per hour – Candidates with 3+ years MIG welding experience\n\nDesirable\n\n * Mechanical knowledge\n\n * Experience working on large-scale builds or equipment\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Stable, full-time position\n\n * Supportive team environment\n\n * Varied and interesting project work\n\n * On-site parking
