Our client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.



This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.

Job Description



The Role



Weld and fabricate machined parts to a set company standard which are prepared and palleted. Full product training will be provided.

Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.

Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with sheet metal and assembly.

Following technical drawings.

The Person



Essential Criteria



Welding experience within a manufacturing environment and Fabrication experience is advantageous.

Highly motivated and to be a positive member of the team.

Understand importance of working to deadlines and being focussed on good customer satisfaction & production targets.

Pay for the role is £14.85 - £16.42 per hour and the pay rate includes shift allowance

Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time

The hours are a rotational shift pattern, which are:



AM Shift - 05:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday then onto the PM Shift

PM Shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday is 2:00pm – 8:00pm
