MIG Welder - Morning Shift\n Location: Out skirts of Leeds\n Hours: 6:00am - 2:15pm, Monday to Friday\n Pay: £15.29 per hour (DOE) + 10% shift allowance\n\nThe Role:\n We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established engineering manufacturer on a permanent morning shift. You will work to high standards, producing precision welded components and ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements.\n\nKey Duties:\n\nPerform MIG welding on a variety of metal components\nInterpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances\nEnsure quality checks are completed on all finished work\nMaintain tools and equipment to a high standard\nFollow strict health and safety proceduresRequirements:\n\nProven MIG welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting\nAbility to read and work from technical drawings\nStrong attention to detail and quality control focus\nGood manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently\nAbility to work independently and to deadlines\nCurrent/previous coding to BS EN ISO 9606-1 - renewal support available (Desirable)Benefits:\n\n£15.29 per hour (DOE) + 10% shift allowance\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays (factory closure over Christmas)\n4%/4% pension, rising to 6% employer contribution after 12 months\nDeath in service cover x3 salary if in the pension scheme (or capped at £10k)If this role is of interest, apply below
