We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Daventry seeking a MIG Welder to join the team.



Duties & Responsibilities:



MIG welding

Working within a high-quality production environment

Maintaining organisation and equipment in the weld department

Planning workloads and contributing to production efficiency

Supporting continuous improvement and leading by exampleCandidate Requirements:



Previous MIG welding experience (essential)

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
