Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a reliable individual to work in structural steel fabrication shop environment. This position supports experienced welders and fabricators in preparing and moving materials.

Must have Welding Equipment to be consider for testing:

Such as Welding Hood, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety glasses and Gloves.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with cutting, grinding, and prepping steel materials

· Load/unload and move steel using equipment or by hand

· Support welders and fabricators with daily tasks

Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs- regularly

· Comfortable working in a non – climate – controlled shop

· Basic mechanical aptitude & MIG welding

· Reliable transportation

· Overhead crane experience

Compensation:

$18.00/hr.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
