Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDryden-based engineering and manufacturing company supplying components for the RV and specialty vehicle industry is growing and looking to add dedicated Assembly Line Technician team members who value quality, integrity, and teamwork. These are entry-level positions for those looking to begin a career in manufacturing. Some manufacturing is but hands-on training will be provided. 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:50AM-4:20PM; pay starts at $15.00, with an increase to $16.00 after 90 days. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIG Welder. We are seeking someone who has some experience in MIG training, whether that’s just schooling or on job experience — We will provide hands-on training to show specific MIG welding duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate MIG welder to fabricate steel materials to specified dimensions
• Read and interpret basic shop drawings and prints
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
• Ensure all parts meet quality standards and tolerances
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with material handling and moving parts as needed
Qualifications:
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
• Comfortable reading dimensioned prints (training provided)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
