These are entry-level positions for those looking to begin a career in manufacturing. Some manufacturing is but hands-on training will be provided. 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:50AM-4:20PM; pay starts at $15.00, with an increase to $16.00 after 90 days. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIG Welder. We are seeking someone who has some experience in MIG training, whether that’s just schooling or on job experience — We will provide hands-on training to show specific MIG welding duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate MIG welder to fabricate steel materials to specified dimensions
• Read and interpret basic shop drawings and prints
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
• Ensure all parts meet quality standards and tolerances
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with material handling and moving parts as needed
Qualifications:
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
• Comfortable reading dimensioned prints (training provided)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
