The company received the Queens Award for Enterprise in 2016.\n\nThe ROLE\nDue to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a skilled MiG welder to become an integral part of our Client's production team. Duties will include;\n\n* Welding activities to a good standard using MIG welding on common welded joints\n* Fabricate parts from drawings\n* Prepare parts for welding (saw, pillar drill, grinding, pipe bending, pipe threading, weld preparation)\n\nThe CANDIDATE \nThe right candidate will possess;\n* Experience within a similar environment\n* Skilled at MIG \n* Mechanical Engineering background \n* Ability to read Manufacturing Drawings\n* The desire and ability to contribute to the team\n* Excellent verbal & written communication skills\n\nSalary: £26-31,000pa equivalent of £13.33ph to £15.90ph + Overtime \nThe Package\nIn return our offers;\n* Company Pension Scheme\n* A generous 25 days holiday + statutory holidays\n* Variable, discretionary bonus \n* Structured career development, setting SMART objectives together with the employee including training requirements\n\nBased in Daventry this role is commutable from:\nDaventry\nCorby\nKettering\nNorthampton \nWellingborough \nRushden\nTowcester\nSoutham\nLeamington Spa\nWellingborough\nMilton Keynes\nRugby\nCoventry\nWarwick\nBanbury\nLeicester \nMarket Harborough\n\nMana Resourcing is a specialist recruitment company working within the Engineering, Sales, IT and Commercial sectors.
