MIG & TIG Welder – Wissington PE33 – £18ph – Temp to Perm



We are currently recruiting skilled MIG & TIG Welders for an exciting opportunity at a well-established site in the Wissington. This role offers long-term potential with a reputable employer and the chance to become a permanent member of the team.



About the Role: As a Welder, you will be involved in maintaining and repairing essential production pipework, platforms, balustrades, and other structural components. Working within a live production environment, your expertise will support efficient operations and high-quality workmanship.



✅ Key Responsibilities:



Carry out MIG and TIG welding on pipework and structural components

Complete maintenance and repair tasks to minimise downtime

Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area

Collaborate with on-site maintenance and production teams

⏰ Working Hours & Benefits:



Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute break)

£18.00 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5x

Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

Long-term, stable role within a well-established industry

Requirements:



Proven experience in MIG & TIG welding

Comfortable working in an active production environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good problem-solving skills and reliability

Relevant welding certifications
