MIG Fabricator & Equipment Operator
Location: Richfield, WI (commute within 45 minutes)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent W-2
Compensation: $22.00–$25.00 / hour (based on experience)
Eligibility: U.S. or Green Card holder

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
• Layout, assemble, and MIG-weld carbon-steel components to ASME standards
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely to move materials and finished parts
• Perform quality checks and minor equipment maintenance as needed

Requirements

equired Qualifications

• ≥ 1 year of MIG welding experience (carbon steel)
• ≥ 1 year of overhead crane operation experience
• ≥ 1 year of forklift operation experience
• Proven ability to fabricate to ASME welding codes
• Reliable work history and strong attention to safety and detail
• Residence within a 45-minute drive of Richfield, WI
