We are seeking talented mid-range mechanical engineers with experience in product development to join our dynamic technical team. Our work involves multidisciplinary project teams where mechanical engineers closely collaborate with designers, electronics experts, software engineers, and other specialists to create exceptional product designs that seamlessly blend form and function. The majority of our projects go to market, and it's rewarding to see your designs on TV or store shelves.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Quick learner in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
• Ability to take ownership of your technical work, with guidance available from senior engineers.
• Leadership capabilities for specific work packages.
• Proficiency in communicating with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and proud of your contributions to product development.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical qualification from a reputable institution.
• Previous experience in product design or development, utilising Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques.
• Availability to work at our Warwick studios and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Knowledge and experience in rapid prototyping technologies and high-volume manufacturing processes like injection moulding.
• A positive attitude that sets high standards and inspires colleagues and clients.
