Job DescriptionJob Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in building comprehensive business solutions by utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate desktop automations and Cloud Automations, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Azure SQL, Microsoft Copilot Studio (aka Power Virtual Agents).Location: Plano, TX or remote USAPosition Type: Temporary/Contract Duration: Through end of 2025 Key Responsibilities:
Play major role in designing and implementing business solutions and Automations.
Design and implement cost effective business solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field. Advanced degree .
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing complex solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Power Platform including working experience in all items listed below:
Microsoft 365
Azure Dev Ops
Azure SQL
Azure AD
SharePoint
Dynamics 365
Custom connectors and APIs
Microsoft Power Apps
Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows
Microsoft Tenant level security
SharePoint Migration
CoE toolkit
MS Copilot Studio
Strong understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
Experience with automation and monitoring tools within the COE Starter Kit.
Expertise in using Dataverse for data modelling and management.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Leadership skills to drive the adoption and optimization of the Power Platform
Pay Range: $45.00 to $50.00 (hourly estimate) No employer-sponsored benefits due to contract role
