Job Description
Description This role is centred on technical design, development, and delivery of next- solutions that transform the future of work in the AI era. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - from heads of business to technical teams - to solution, build, and implement robust AI and automation solutions. The focus is on translating business requirements into engineered use cases and minimum viable products (MVPs), leveraging Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
A critical aspect of the role is to engineer the path for customers to evolve into “Frontier Firms” - organisations that embed AI and automation at scale to enhance productivity, client value, and operational resilience. This involves moving customers from initial experimentation to the systematic integration of AI agents and assistants into daily operations, supporting construction and delivery against technical roadmaps for phased deployment which increase maturity of AI solutions. As part of a compact, agile team and working under the direction of a senior architect/lead consultant, you will be responsible for converting both business and technical requirements into tangible, engineered solutions that deliver measurable value.
You will also be expected to continuously expand your technical expertise and pursue relevant certifications. The solutions you build will typically utilise established closed or open-source foundational models within the Microsoft ecosystem, with possible integration of advanced techniques such as multi-modal, contextual RAG, fine-tuning, MCP, and other emerging GenAI capabilities.
