Seeking multiple roles for a M365 project expected to start January 1, 2026 (thur Dec 2028), to support a Microsoft 365 environment. This team would provide contractor support to assist with development, testing, and implementation of an automation software. If you are available and serve in either of the following capacities with 3+ years of experience, please apply. You must answer the questions below.
1. Lead Systems Engineer (1 Position)
The Lead Systems Engineer provides expert-level support for the design, configuration, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment. This role supports development, testing, and technical troubleshooting across Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. The engineer ensures secure and compliant operations and leads to complex issue resolution and system enhancements.
2. Security Specialist (1 Position)
The Security Specialist oversees security, privacy, and compliance activities within the Microsoft 365 environment. Responsibilities include monitoring security posture, managing and access controls, supporting Zero Trust alignment, analyzing vulnerabilities, and implementing safeguards such as MFA, conditional access, and DLP policies to meet specified cybersecurity standards.
3. Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (1 Position)
The QA Analyst develops and executes testing activities for all M365 solutions and enhancements. The role reviews requirements, prepares test scripts, validates functionality, documents defects, and ensures all deliverables meet specified quality, accuracy, and security requirements prior to release.
4. Software Developers (2 Positions)
The Software Developers build and enhance solutions within Microsoft 365, including PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint components, and custom .NET or script-based integrations. They support application troubleshooting, automation development, code fixes, and technical enhancements needed for enterprise certificate automation and related system activities.
5. Architecture Consultants (2 Positions)
The Architecture Consultants develop technical designs, integration strategies, and system architecture recommendations for Microsoft 365 services. They support modernization efforts, evaluate platform capabilities, create design documentation, and provide guidance on scalability, performance, and best-practice configurations aligned with specified requirements.
6. Technical Consultants (2 Positions)
Technical Consultants provide hands-on support for daily M365 operations, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, user support, workflow improvements, and technical documentation. They assist engineering, architecture, and development teams in resolving issues and maintaining smooth, secure operations across all supported services.
