MFG Product Engineer

Responsibilities & Skills Job Responsibilities:1. Develop and Enhance ATE test programs of final test and wafer sort test for Manufacturability and Sustainability. 2. Design, develop Test process related tools for efficiency and stability 3. Work with cross functional teams to address test/product related concerns4. Drive engineering improvements both internally and externally to achieve corporate goals 5. Support, develop scripts and tools to support engineering and production databases 6. Support and complete test program requests and releases for engineering and production use 7. Perform sustaining and cost reduction activities related to test, including bug fixes, test time improvements and multi-site testing capabilities. 8. Test program conversion from one platform to another 9. Test program development / enhancements on the following ATE, Nextest Magnum, Eagle, T2K, AV93K, HP93k/HP83K, LT Credence, Megatest Q262. Qualifications:1. BS or MS degree in Electronics Engineering or its equivalent2. At least 3 years of experience in Test/Product Engineering or related field in Semiconductor Manufacturing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 3. Strong problem solving, data analysis and communication skills are a significant requirement of the job.4. Knowledgeable in Perl, Awk, Python Script programming or any text scripting programming language is a advantage.5. Proficiency in using C/C++ , Visual Basic6. Experienced in any of the following testers (Nextest Magnum, LT Credence, Eagle, AV93k / T2K is a plus 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with multiple groups8. Willingness and ability to learn, motivated, result oriented and creative in problem solving.
