• 5+ years quality-related experience in the automotive industry, desired
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• B.S. degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years related experience with flat roll products
• Strong communication skills
• Able to travel to customer sites
