Are you a mechanically-biased MEP professional looking for your next step with a leading main contractor in the Midlands? Our client, a highly respected contractor with a strong presence across the region, is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their growing team.



The Role:



This is a site-based position, overseeing all M&E works across a range of exciting new build projects within an hour of Birmingham. With the company delivering their own mechanical packages in-house, the ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background, with good working knowledge of electrical systems to coordinate across the full MEP spectrum.



️ Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all on-site MEP activities (Mechanical & Electrical)



*



Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the delivery phase



*



Review and contribute to design discussions, offering technical insights



*



Liaise with subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure seamless integration



*



Drive project milestones and assist with planning, procurement and commissioning



*



Provide regular progress reports to senior management



✅ What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical background, ideally with experience delivering mechanical packages



*



Comfortable coordinating electrical elements on site



*



Background with MEP subcontractors or working in a similar role with a main contractor



*



Strong leadership and communication skills



*



Familiarity with health & safety, quality assurance, and design processes
