Are you an experienced MEP Commercial Manager ready to take on high-profile commercial projects in the heart of London?\n\nWe’re partnering with a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor with a £100m turnover, renowned for delivering commercial new builds and high-end CAT A/B fit outs valued up to £20m.\n\n * Role: MEP Commercial Manager\n\n * Projects: Commercial New Build & CAT A/B Fit Outs\n\n * Location: Central London\n\n * Salary: Up to £120,000 + full package\n\nYou’ll be joining a progressive contractor with a strong project pipeline, a reputation for excellence, and a collaborative senior leadership team that values innovation, professionalism, and growth.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an MEP / Building Services Commercial Manager\n\n * \n\n Strong background in commercial new build and CAT A/B fit out projects\n\n * \n\n Solid understanding of contract management (NEC / JCT)\n\n * \n\n Excellent cost control, procurement, and reporting skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nDesirable:\n\n * \n\n Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field\n\n * \n\n Chartered status (RICS or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Experience with major Tier 1 or leading M&E contractors\n\n * \n\n A proactive, detail-driven approach with a focus on client satisfaction and project excellence
